Privacy notice
Last updated 11 September 2026.
This notice explains what happens to the details you give us when you register your interest in Orasoma. It is written to be read in a minute, because you are probably reading it on a phone at an event.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Andrej Godina, trading as Orasoma. Orasoma is not yet a company; until it is, responsibility for your data sits with a named person rather than an entity that does not exist. You can contact us about anything in this notice at sales@orasoma.co.
What we collect
- From everyone: your name, email address and which description you chose for yourself (for example, interested customer or dentist).
- From clinicians and practices, if you give them: practice name, town or postcode, phone number, and your answers to two short questions about fluoride-free oral care.
- Whether or not you ticked the box asking to be emailed when Orasoma launches.
We do not collect payment details. Nothing is sold through this page.
What we use it for, and on what basis
- Telling you when Orasoma launches in the UK. Only if you ticked the box. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
- Following up with clinicians and practices about the Dental Ambassadors Programme. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a professional enquiry you have made to us. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- Understanding how many people registered at the event. Counted in aggregate, using the source field on the form. Legitimate interest.
We will not use your details for anything else without telling you first.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare hosts this page, stores what you submit, and sends us an email notification of each registration. It acts as our processor under its standard data processing terms, which cover UK transfers. It also handles standard connection data such as your IP address for security and performance.
- Google hosts the mailbox those notifications land in.
We do not share your details with any product supplier or manufacturer, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
How long we keep it
Twelve months from the date you register, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If Orasoma launches in that time and you have consented to hear from us, we will ask you then whether you want to stay on the list.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email sales@orasoma.co and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would rather you told us first.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use details you have already given us, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
